Thank you for your enthusiasm for our new program. As we have been getting a large volume of requests, please be patient as we try to fill your orders as quickly as possible.
Our new Library Take-Out service is a contactless curbside pick-up service. Patrons can place a hold on library items through our online catalogue, and once their items are ready, they will be contacted by library staff and can collect their items at the back of the library, following special physical distancing procedures. To ensure the service complies with health and safety recommendations, the library has built their plan based on guidelines from WorkSafeBC and local health authorities.
The Library’s return slot will remain open 24/7 and patrons who wish to return their items may do so. However, all items will continue to have a July 3 due date. Once materials are returned to the library, they will be isolated for at least 72 hours in order to follow health and safety recommendations.
